Avery is a graphic designer and marketing manager based in the Washington, DC area. She graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University with a BS in Psychology and a minor in English. Her background in behavioral science informs a thoughtful and strategic approach to design, one that blends concept-driven storytelling with her strong visual instincts.

She’s most excited by branding and campaign work, but her practice also includes editorial design, illustration, and web/UI.

Avery thrives in high-concept environments where ideas are as important as aesthetics. She brings strength in creative direction, concept development, and visual systems thinking, and she’s eager to continue sharpening her technical and artistic skills, especially in typography, composition, and motion.

With experience leading projects independently, she’s now seeking opportunities to learn alongside other designers, contribute to team-based creative processes, and take on larger-scale work. She’s excited by the chance to grow inside a studio that values curiosity, collaboration, and sharp thinking.
